The SkinTight Armband and included SkinTight Rubberized Skin provide you with the freedom to run, bike, walk, or work-out with your iPod. The Armband is designed to work with the skin on, providing convience and allowing the iPod to always be protected. The 4G Armband works great with both 20 and 40 gig (Fourth generation only) click wheel iPods. For a 20 gig ipod, we recommend you stick the foam spacer (included) onto the back of the iPod holder part. This item features a Clear skin. USAGE: Insert iPod into skin. Place armband around upper arm and tighten velcro strap. Snap-in iPod with the skin on. Wrap extra cord around ipod and secure with headphone clips.
