Rosebud Farm was established in 1989 in North Yorkshire, England. It is in this rural setting that a range of over fifty sweet and savory preserves are made, principally by hand and in small batches, using the best available ingredients bought and gathered locally wherever possible. The bold natural flavors and frequently beautiful colors are what you would expect of recipes prepared in your own home kitchen.

Rosebud Farm Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam is made in the traditional way with all natural ingredients. Gooseberries typically have a rather tart taste, however the delicate and aromatic elderflower tempers this tartness just enough to make this an excellent accompaniment to cheeses as well as to various types of meats and poultry.

Gooseberry and Elderflower Jam is yearly produced in limited quantities for the discriminating gourmand.
