GIA Sun Dried Tomato Paste with Oil, Herbs and Spices is a blend of sun dried tomatoes (65%), sunflower oil, olive oil, vinegar, salt, hot chili pepper, oregano, garlic and capers. Shelf life is 24 months unopened and up to two months refrigerated.
